Hi, At first, I chose "cardiac arrest" because if Acetylcholine was unable to bind to the receptors, eventually it will lead to a lack of contraction, in this case I pictured cardiac muscle cells, thus why I chose cardiac arrest. However, the answer was "diaphragmatic paralysis" which also makes sense with skeletal muscle. But, could someone tell me why cardiac arrest doesn't make sense? Please help. Thanks! I didn't find the right solution from the Internet. References: forums.studentdoctor.net/threads/khan-acetylcholine-and-cardiac-muscle.1294424/ Medical Explainer Video
